Cancellations for coffee orders will be accepted if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is roasted, whichever comes first.

We’re committed to delivering the highest quality coffee, and your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 15 days of shipment for assistance with a replacement or a 50% refund (where applicable).

Coffee Products:
Coffee packets must be returned to be eligible for a refund.
For dissatisfaction due to flavor or taste preferences, 50% of the purchase price will be refunded for 1 kg coffee packets.
Brewing Equipment:
Refunds are only applicable if the item is returned in new and unused condition to any of our facilities.
Coffee Subscriptions:
Subscription refunds will be calculated based on the number of remaining shipments, ensuring you're reimbursed for the unused portion of the subscription term.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited to your original method of payment.
If your product arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, you may request a replacement.
Once the replacement request is approved, the replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
